Renovation and conservative restoration of a historic apartment. The approach, predominantly conservative in nature, aimed to contextualize the property with modernity through small construction interventions and restore its lost splendor.

The key points of the project—clear to us from the moment we set foot in the property—were based on the creation of new openings in the walls to facilitate circular walkways, the restoration of characteristic period elements, and the entry of natural light.

The enhancement of the existing vaults, doors, and mosaic floors, combined with the installation of new solid oak parquet, laid according to Turin tradition, helped achieve this goal.

In the bathrooms, modern green resins cover the walls and floors.

In choosing the color of the furnishings and walls, we "listened" to the location and were guided by the hues of the mosaic tiles on the floor.
